Products & Materials

All NOXMERE pieces are crafted from 400gsm premium heavyweight fleece — a dense, structured cotton-blend that maintains its shape wash after wash. It's thick enough to feel substantial, yet breathable enough to wear year-round.

Our signature deep burgundy is not a seasonal choice — it's a design decision. We spent months developing a shade rich enough to feel intentional but versatile enough to work with anything. A single, perfected colour is our statement against throwaway trend cycles.

NOXMERE garments use reactive dyes that are set deep into the fibre. With proper care — cold wash, no tumble dry, turned inside out — the colour remains vivid for years. A slight natural softening may occur over time, which many of our customers prefer.

Sizing & Fit

Our fit is intentionally relaxed — not oversized, not slim. If you prefer a cleaner silhouette, size down. If you like a more generous drape, stay true to size. Check our Size Guide for exact measurements.

Our fabric is pre-washed and pre-shrunk during production. Washing at cold temperatures (30°C or below) and air-drying will keep your garment true to its original dimensions. Avoid high-heat tumble drying.

Orders & Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order enters fulfilment and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make adjustments.

Yes. All NOXMERE orders ship in our signature matte box with tissue paper. Gift messaging can be added at checkout at no additional cost.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Initiate a return via our contact page, noting the size you need. Once your return is received and inspected (usually 3–5 business days), your exchange will be dispatched. We recommend checking the Size Guide before ordering to find the right fit.
