Estimated delivery times are from the date of dispatch. Delays due to customs clearance are outside our control but are rare.

Your piece is folded, wrapped in tissue, and placed in our signature matte box — ready for its journey.

Dispatched
A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order leaves our facility.

Delivered
Your NOXMERE piece arrives. If anything is wrong, we make it right — no questions asked.
Returns
Unworn and unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. We cover return shipping on all eligible orders. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number.
Exchanges
Not the right size? We'll exchange it. See our Size Guide before ordering, and get in touch if you need a different size. Exchange orders are dispatched within 2 business days of receiving the return.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's import regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
